Located in Wenatchee, WA Bon Voyage Pet Resort is a family-owned dog, cat and exotic pet boarding and grooming facility that strives to provide compassionate and quality pet care while pet owners are away. We offer boarding for dogs and have the largest runs in the valley. We also board cats and small exotic animals. While our grooming room is under construction currently, we will soon be offering grooming as an in-house service for our current customers. Our customers and our pets are important to us and we look forward to getting to know you and your pet personally!
Hours of Operation
Arrival and Departure by appointment only and dependent on reservation type
Lobby closed every day from Noon to 3:00 PM
Overnight & Extended Stay Boarding Only:
Morning appointment window: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Evening appointment window: 3:00 PM-6:00 PM
Daycare Only:
Morning appointment window: 7:30 AM-10:30 PM
Evening appointment window: 3:00 PM-6:00 PM
Lobby closed every day from Noon to 3:00 PM
Pet care is provided everyday 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Introductory Tours:
Tours with a team member are by appointment only, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 6:00, 6:30 and 7:00 PM and subject to owner availability on that day. Please call (509) 662-2470 to schedule an appointment.
SPECIAL HOLIDAY HOURS
Lobby is closed. Please arrange drop-off/pick-up of your pet prior to, or after these days:

Lobby is open but reduced hours. The following holidays limited operating hours:
Christmas Eve: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM (Open through lunch)
New Year’s Day: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM (Open through lunch)
Staff lunches are taken during lobby closures, between 12:00 and 3:00 PM.
*Arrival and Departure times under emergent circumstances: Any arrival or departures outside the above listed times are limited to true emergencies’ and will be considered on a case by case basis. Contact our team members directly in the event of an emergency. Additional charges may apply for arrival and departures outside normal hours.*
